The statue of Julius Caesar

In 1933, on the occasion of Rome’s natal day, Benito Mussolini presented the city of Rimini with a bronze statue representing Julius Caesar. The bronze statue of Julius Caesar was placed on September 10th 1933 in Piazza Giulio Cesare – the present-day Piazza Tre Martiri - under the Clock Tower. At the present it still stands in a corner of Piazza Tre Martiri.
